On Saturday, during the ShiftyLook panel at Comic-Con International: San Diego, we announced several of our latest ShiftyLook comics to be released in the coming months, but those weren't the only surprise we had store! We'll also be launching two new ShiftyLook animated web series -- Mappy: The Beat and, wait for it... Bravoman!

The first is Mappy: The Beat (working title), an arcade title that launched in 1983 and tells the story of a rogue mouse policeman chasing after a gaggle of unruly cats. Scott Kurtz (PvP) and Kris Straub (chainsawsuit) are the writers behind the project, and Mary Kagle (Kiwi Blitz) is behind the art of the companion webcomic. More information will be coming soon. You can look out for this new series in late 2012
If you're a fan of Bravoman, the next item of business is going to be right up your alley. Next year you can expect the first Bravoman animated series. Bravoman: Cartoon of Unequalled Excellence (working title) brings the world of Bravoman to life!
Featuring the talents of superstar voice actor Rob Paulsen (Animaniacs), Bravoman: Cartoon of Unequalled Excellence will bring the exploits of Bravoman and Friends to life. Keep an eye out on ShiftyLook for sneak peeks at this project as we get closer to the launch date!
